Octobriana is a Mongolian of Amazonian stature, she is never seen wearing anything more than calf high laced boots, pants and a narrow strip of black cloth around her chest - barely covering her nipples. Of course, she wears a coat in the cold, plus her jewellery. Her hair is blonde and very thick, held up in a band one foot above her head, then flowing down across her shoulders.

The Octobriana of 00-72-87 leads a large group of revolutionaries seeking to overthrow the Imperial Russian Empire. Though an enemy of the State, she has eluded capture to date. Most of the time she can be found in the Jewish quarter of St. Petersburg where she is a fortune teller.

Octobriana is devoted to Luther, almost as much as to the cause (that is, freedom of the People) when they are together and not actually working, she likes to satiate her lust upon him.
