The Bryan Talbot Gallery:
Thumbnail Gallery 11

This is the latest in the gallery series, with some new images from various sources.

A walk in the woods...

Another image from the never published Luther Arkwright porfolio: Anne and Luther walk in the woods, shortly after Luthers escape from the detention centre.

Imagine Magazine Cover

This is it... this is the exact moment in time where I first became aware of Bryan Talbot and his work.... this is yet another ambition fulfilled: getting this on the site shows exactly when I first began to appreciate the work of Bryan's: from this magazine and it's role playing game scenario based on the Adventures of Luther Arkwright I sent off for the first book of the Arkwright Adventures: Rat Trap.

The Fire Opal Of Set: page 1

This is the mini comic that Bryan drew to illustrate the roleplaying game scenario fom Imagine Magazine: check out page 2 and the cover from the magazine.

The Fire Opal Of Set: page 2

The second page of the mini comic illustrating the RPG scenario from Imagine magazine. Also see page 1 and the cover.

Bold as love frontispiece

The frontispiece to Bold as Love, by Gwynneth Jones: also see the images of the characters from the book from gallery ten: Ax Preston, Firoinda and Sage.

The German cover to the Tale of One Bad Rat

This is the cover to the German edition ofthe Tale of One Bad Rat. Also check out the One Bad Rat homepage.

Heart of Empire page 244

One of the pages from Heart of Empire that I am working on for the forthcoming CD-rom.

Crystal Palace

This is the cover to one of the famous Proutt exploding editions of The Adventures of Luther Arkwright: the strange thing is that I never even knew this cover existed until Bryan showed it to me recently, and I thought I was a Talbot completist!

Gaze into the face of Fear!

As far as I know this is the only time that the face of Judge Fear has ever been shown! Another first for the site!

For those who are not fans of 2000ad in the UK, Judge Fear is one of the four Dark Judges, arch-enemeisof Judge Dread from a dimension where life itself is a crime. Judge Fear kills by scaring people to death by showing them his face, and no one else has ever drawn it!

This page is from the Diceman series where you could role-play the parts of various 2000ad characters in a solo adventure.

Luther and Rose

This is an image of Luther and Rose originally drawn for the never published Luther Arkwright portfolio.
