The Tale of One Bad Rat: Lake District gallery

This gallery is here to show some real world photos compared to Bryan's drawings of the same scenes. These images - both the photo's and the drawn pictures - are all from The Tale of One Bad Rat, since that comic is entirely "real world" in that it is present day, and Bryan deliberately firmly grounded it in reality.

I took these photo's during a weekend break in the Lake District of England with my girlfriend - who is now my wife!

The pub from "Jemima Puddleduck"

This is the pub that was used in "Jemima Puddleduck" and is on the way from the ferry across Windermere to Hill Top, which is Beatrix Potter's house.
